We are a small business just like you!

Virtual Assistant Israel started as a solution to a problem. A friend of ours, a successful IT entrepreneur in San Francisco, was struggling to find the right part time employee.  He wanted an educated, proactive, skilled, affordable local assistant. It occurred to us that we knew a few sharp, experienced individuals living in Israel who were looking to make use of their corporate background, in English, from home.  We matched up our friend in San Francisco with a qualified candidate based in Israel and it was a match made in heaven!

The two of them started working together right away, and found that the time zone difference never got in the way, thanks to organization and technology. Our friend was thrilled to finally have "the assistant he had always wanted."

Based on the success of their working relationship, we founded Virtual Assistant Israel in January 2008 to provide this service to other entrepreneurs and small business owners in the United States and abroad. Isn't every small business owner looking for a smart, experienced, well priced assistant on a part time basis?

Since our founding, we have worked with hundreds of clients from the United States, the UK, Australia, Italy, Lithuania and Thailand, successfully matching them with college-educated, American Virtual Assistants. Our Virtual Assistants work from their homes in Israel, performing a variety of administrative and marketing tasks for our clients.
