Shali is a strong, dedicated administrator offering both CRM and editing skills.
As a Research Assistant for a large hi-tech company, Shali worked closely with the marketing department editing website content and promotional materials. Prior, as assistant to the Director of a forward moving non-profit organization, she was intricately involved in creating marketing content while simultaneously implementing the conversion of the member database into an improved CRM system.
A resourceful worker who can adapt to new roles as required, Shali also served as a Technical Trainer in New York, developing a multitude of training materials. In this position she was also able to utilize her strong public speaking abilities and event planning skills as she was responsible for leading workshops, conferences, and seminars for up to 200 participants.
Shali had an early start in developing her refined office management skills, with her first professional position as the Office Manager of a boutique medical firm. She has since further developed these skills as an Administrative Assistant to the head of IT at a successful private equity firm. These positions provided Shali with the knowledge and abilities to manage an office, including appointment/meeting scheduling, payment processing, travel management, and reconciling accounts receivable and expenses.
Shali completed a Bachelors of Science in Human Development with a minor in Linguistics from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Master of Arts in Non-Profit Organizational Management at Hebrew University.
