- Guarantee Policy: VAI is committed to satisfying Client’s needs by providing high quality VA referrals. VAI does not warrant or guarantee that a referred VA will meet Client’s requirements; however, if Client is dissatisfied with a referral for any reason, or if a VA stops working for Client, VSI will refer a replacement VA within 5 business days. This satisfaction guarantee is subject to continued payment of fees by Client.
- One-Time Virtual Office Set-Up Fee: $199 one-time fee to be charged via authorize.net. This fee will be run before Client interviews the VA(s).
- Refund Policy: If, within 14 days of sign up and after interviewing the VA(s) client does not want to move ahead with working with a VA, $199 fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued on the sign up fee once a client begins working with a VA. If, after 14 days, Client does NOT want to move forward and work with any of the VAs no refund will be issued.
